Attic Insulation Overhaul — Federal Way, WA
A 1980s home with only 3″ of original fiberglass batts. We removed degraded material and installed R-49 blown-in fiberglass, cutting heating costs by 38% in the first winter.
Full Crawl Space Encapsulation — Tacoma, WA
Exposed earth, torn vapor barrier, and visible mold. We cleaned, treated, and installed a full 20-mil vapor barrier with spray foam perimeter sealing, transforming a hazardous space into a clean, dry asset.
Closed-Cell Spray Foam — Auburn, WA
Newly framed addition with zero insulation. We sprayed closed-cell foam throughout all exterior wall cavities, achieving R-21 in a 3.5″ stud bay while simultaneously sealing every air gap.
Rim Joist Air Sealing — Puyallup, WA
Exposed rim joists were responsible for cold floors above and high heating bills. Two-part closed-cell spray foam sealed every gap and added R-20 in just a few hours of work.
Cellulose Top-Up Retrofit — Lakewood, WA
An existing home with settling fiberglass batts and visible gaps between sections. We top-loaded 10″ of blown-in cellulose for an even R-38, qualifying the homeowner for a utility rebate.
Floor Insulation + Vapor Barrier — Gig Harbor, WA
